The Greens Political Party Party

It’s a state election year and the Merribek Hume branch has some incredible candidates and plans in the works to win a fairer state for all of us. But we need to raise some urgent funds to pay for campaign activities. YOU CAN HELP by buying a ticket to this fundraising party. 

THE PLAN:

Afternoon (4 - 7pm): Join us in the backyard for a BBQ, bake sale, games and good chat. 

Evening (7-late): From 7pm we will be programming musicians and DJs, moving the party inside to make some noise and dance the night away. 

WHEN: Saturday 21 February, 4pm - late (see avro v evening vibe above) 

WHERE: a secret location in the inner north, accessible via public transport. RSVP to get the address texted to you in the week of the party 

WHAT: a really fun fundraising party 

YOUR TICKET INCLUDES: 

A free drink and sausage on arrival and live music from some of Melbourne’s freshest acts. Additional food and drink will be available for purchase. Tickets are on a sliding scale, please contribute what you can. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.

Accessibility note: The day party will be largely outside in a mix of sun and shade (this is the best time to bring kids). The evening will be music and dancing focused. Note: evening session is inside and likely to be loud. The toilet can be accessed via a ramp but it is not an accessible toilet (no rail etc).
