Right now, people are struggling to keep their heads above water because the cost of everything is going up, wages have flatlined, and housing is unaffordable and increasingly out of reach for many. 

It’s going to take all levels of government to tackle the cost of living and housing crisis. 

More Greens in council will work to ease the sky-high cost of living by providing quality services like maternity health, playgrounds, libraries and sporting facilities that help lower the financial burden on families. More Greens in Council also means better community representatives to lead local climate action, greening our neighbourhoods, housing for everyone, and working on creating vibrant, inclusive local communities.

We’re doorknocking in Melbourne regularly, so sign up now to get involved! You don't need to be an expert to have these conversations, we'll provide training on the day. If its your first time, we’ll pair you up with someone more experienced on the day. All you need is a pair of good walking shoes!
