We want to make sure every single voter gets a chance to have a conversation with a friendly Greens volunteer. Up to 30% of people don't make up their mind until election day, which means these conversations can have a huge impact. In fact, it could be the difference that helps us win Wills!
At this training, you'll learn everything you need to know about connecting with people and winning votes at the polling booth. We'll talk through the best lines, tactics, and how to maximise our impact to win as many votes as possible on the day.
The major parties might have their dirty coal and gas donors, but we have something much stronger - people power. We know that when we come together, there is nothing we can’t achieve. The Greens strength is our huge movement of volunteers, transforming politics by connecting with the community.
We’re running to win in Wills this federal election. If less than 1 in 10 people change their vote at this election, we can put Samantha Ratnam into the federal parliament.
We can make big corporations pay their fair share of tax so we can all live a good life. We can bring dental and mental health care into Medicare. We can take a stand against the invasion of Palestine. We can tackle the climate crisis by ending coal and gas. But we can’t do it alone.
