Join us as we help the Darebin Creek Management Committee plant 2,500 indigenous seedlings for National Tree Day!

Join us for an exciting morning for National Tree Day at CT Barling Reserve and help plant 2,500 indigenous seedlings!

This event is being organized by the Darebin Creek Management Committee, offering a fantastic opportunity to support the environment, connect with like-minded individuals, enhance your health and well-being, and deepen your connection to the Country.

By planting native trees, shrubs, and grasses, you'll help restore the creek and provide habitat, shelter, food, and safe passage for wildlife such as small woodland birds, Krefft's gliders, and Powerful Owls.

Activities on the day will be diverse and engaging, including not just seedling planting but also building fish motels, exploring local nest boxes, and drawing native plants at a 'Draw Plants Together' workshop. There's something for everyone to enjoy and learn from!

Don't miss out on this opportunity to make a difference. Register now and join us at the CT Barling Reserve for a memorable National Tree Day event.

P.S. You will also need to register on the official event page so the organizers know how many to expect - https://nationaltreeday.org.au/site/10031180
